Follow the instructions below to disable the Service (Service set to manual):

- Open the Control Panel -> click Administrative Tools -> Services. Or press Start, type services.msc in the search field, press Enter.

- Check the number of processor cores you, and enter the number (usually 2, 4 or 8)
